HEALTHYEATS GUIDE

Editorial Guidelines

These standards guide how we create, review, and update content on Healthy Eats Guide.

Accuracy and sourcing

When a blog includes health claims, statistics, or clinical context, we aim to ground that information in reputable sources such as public-health agencies, peer-reviewed research summaries, and established medical organizations. We avoid inventing citations or overstating certainty.

Clarity for readers

We write for real people making everyday decisions. Blogs should be scannable, clearly structured, and careful with language — especially around diagnosis, treatment, and risk.

Updates

Health information changes. We update blogs when we correct errors, improve clarity, or incorporate better evidence. Updated dates are shown on blog pages when available.

Reviewer information

Medical or expert reviewer bylines appear only when a real qualified reviewer has reviewed the content. We do not display placeholder credentials.

Advertising and sponsorship

Editorial decisions are separate from advertising. Sponsored or affiliate content, when present, should be clearly disclosed and must not override our standards for accuracy and usefulness.
